John Spano

Meet John Spano

John joined Harriman Financial in March 2015. He obtained his security license in 1999 and has a broad-based knowledge of the financial industry having worked with Janus Mutual Funds and Merrill Lynch.

John has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and also his Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 security licenses and Texas Group 1 Insurance license. He has lived in Austin since 1980.

When not helping his clients with their financial goals, he enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, water and snow skiing and traveling. He had the great privilege to travel extensively throughout Europe, both while studying in Rome for a summer and while working for Merrill Lynch International Bank in London.
